Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled before the truck is loaded. Tell us by phone or email with the order number and we refund the card payment in full.

Short or wrong loads

If the quantity delivered is short of what you paid for, or the material is not what you ordered, tell us on the day with a photo and we make it right with a refund of the difference or a second delivery.

Material already dumped

Bulk material cannot be taken back once it is on the ground. Measure twice before you order; the calculator rounds up to the next half unit for you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe. Timing depends on your card issuer.
